5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳2,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance will be ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. The requirement is 15 times.

Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus → you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be used while active on the account.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User
